By accessing and using the website and services of NHEST TRADING LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

NHEST TRADING LLC provides educational content, trading signals, and portfolio management services. We are not a bank. We do not guarantee profits. All trading involves significant risk.

3. Institutional Security & MFA

To protect institutional capital and data integrity, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all account holders. You are responsible for ensuring your MFA device is secure. NHEST TRADING LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a failure to maintain secure authentication protocols.

4. Algorithmic Execution & Technology

Our platform utilizes complex algorithmic models. You acknowledge that technology-driven trading involves risks including, but not limited to, system latency, API disruptions, and algorithmic errors. We provide these services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service.

5. Prohibited Use

Abusive behaviors including arbitrage, latency exploitation, system manipulation, or unauthorized scraping are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Payment & Fees

Fees for signals and mentorship are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy. Portfolio management fees are deducted from profits ("Performance Fee") or as a flat management fee depending on the agreed structure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NHEST TRADING LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or the trading markets.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NHEST TRADING LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
